Held at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, the DeepZleep Challenge set out to let more than 500 people personally experience what recovery through sleep actually feels like, and closed the day with 817 verified completions and a new national record.

AmLife International organised the DeepZleep Challenge on the premise that, somewhere along the way, the world has forgotten how to recover. The event was built to reverse that — giving members of the public a firsthand, physical experience of what recovery through sleep actually is, rather than simply telling them about it.

500
To do that, AmLife set out to bring more than 500 people through a 20-minute recovery session in a single day, at 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya on 1 August 2026. Each participant underwent an arterial wellness check beforehand, establishing a baseline ahead of the session.

OFFICIAL RECOGNITION
817
The day exceeded expectations: 817 individuals completed the full session, against an original target of 500.
AmLife subsequently secured the Malaysia Book of Records title for the Most Participants in a Sleep Wellness Recovery Technology Experience Session.
